The base package includes itineraries up to 14 days. Longer adventures can be accommodated with an additional planning fee based on trip length and complexity.

Detailed Hiking & Trail Planning

Want to make hiking a major part of your trip? We'll research specific trails based on your experience, desired mileage, difficulty, elevation, scenery, and available time, along with trailhead and parking considerations.

Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary

$50–$75

Upgrade your general daily itinerary to a more detailed schedule with suggested departure times, scenic stops, hikes, activities, drive times, meal breaks, and recommended timing throughout each day.

Lodging & Campground Research

$30–$60

We'll research specific lodging or campground options based on your route, budget, travel style, desired amenities, and proximity to park entrances and planned activities.

Reservation & Permit Assistance

$25–$50

National parks can involve timed-entry reservations, vehicle permits, hiking permits, shuttles, campground reservations, and other requirements. We'll help identify what your trip requires, important booking windows, and where and when reservations should be made.

Permit and reservation availability cannot be guaranteed.

Backcountry Planning

$50–$100

Planning an overnight wilderness adventure? We'll provide additional research into potential backcountry routes, mileage, elevation, established camping areas, access points, permit requirements, and other important planning considerations.

Personalized Gear & Packing List

$25–$40

Receive a customized gear and packing checklist based on the parks you're visiting, season, expected conditions, planned hikes, accommodations, and activities.

Sunrise, Sunset & Photography Planning

We'll recommend scenic locations for sunrises, sunsets, stargazing, and photography and help work them naturally into your itinerary.

Food, Fuel & Resupply Planning

Traveling through remote areas? We'll help identify practical fuel stops, grocery stores, food options, and resupply locations along your route.

Additional Major Revisions

$25 per revision

Your package includes up to two reasonable revisions. Major changes to parks, destinations, travel dates, route, or overall itinerary after planning has begun may require an additional revision fee.

$50–$75

Trips beginning within 14 days may require an expedited planning fee depending on trip length, number of parks, and itinerary complexity.
