Flight Planning

$50–$75 per reservation

We’ll help research and coordinate flights that fit your cruise schedule, including arrival and departure timing and airport-to-port considerations.

Pre & Post-Cruise Hotel Planning

$30–$50

Extend your vacation without the extra planning. We’ll research and recommend accommodations that work with your cruise, airport, transportation needs, and travel preferences.

Private Transportation Coordination

Need a ride from the airport to your hotel or cruise terminal? We can help research and coordinate private transfers for a smoother start and finish to your vacation.

Group Cruise Planning

Starting at $100

Traveling with family, friends, or a larger group? Additional planning services are available for cruises involving multiple cabins and households.

Groups requiring 6 or more cabins may require a customized group-planning fee.

Celebration Planning

Make your cruise even more memorable with personalized planning for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, bachelor or bachelorette trips, and other special occasions.

Detailed Daily Itinerary

$50

Want more structure? We’ll create a detailed day-by-day itinerary with suggested activities, dining, entertainment, port plans, and other recommendations tailored to your trip.

Additional Itinerary Revisions

$25 per major revision

Your planning package includes up to two revisions. Additional major changes to travel dates, cruise lines, ships, destinations, or overall trip plans may require an additional revision fee.

Last-Minute Cruise Planning

$50–$100

Planning a getaway on short notice? Cruises departing within 30 days may require an expedited planning fee based on the complexity of your trip.

Cruise Essentials — $150
Our core planning package for travelers who want expert guidance while maintaining flexibility to make some of their own arrangements.

Cruise Plus — $225
Includes everything in Cruise Essentials, plus detailed excursion research, pre/post-cruise hotel planning, and transfer planning.

Cruise Concierge — $325
Our most comprehensive cruise planning experience. Includes everything in Cruise Plus, along with a detailed daily itinerary, reservation coordination, celebration planning, and priority planning support.

Additional service pricing may vary depending on group size, destination, trip length, and planning complexity. Any additional fees will be discussed and approved before services are provided.
